Cancellations - Group Classes
One of the beauties of yoga is that it really is low maintenance; you can roll out a mat close to anywhere. Although it’s possible to make do without a mat, some floors better than others, so a cheap mat is better than no mat. It’s true that a quality mat is a worthy investment, but a cheap mat should be a super easy find at your local Walmart or Target.
Cancellations - Private Sessions
Gentle yoga and slow flows are fantastic choices for newbies just giving this movement thing a go. After a few of those, Believers’ Blend could be an option! Jump + Sculpt classes can also offer a manageable balance of cardio and strength exercises.
